Q: What if my package was not delivered?

A: Most shipments arrive in the expected time frame but there is a small percentage that experience unforeseen delays which cause longer than normal delivery times. These packages may be off the grid for various reasons that include: weather delays, distribution center delays, scanning errors, mis-routing, etc.. but it does not mean your package is lost.

In the event your package has not received any tracking updates for a 2 week time period we can file an insurance claim. This is a process that may require a few simple questions answered on your end to process the claim and the appropriate amount of time for the shipping claims department to make a determination and issue a refund.

If tracking indicates that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, the case is most often mis-delivery and it will find its way back to you. Leaving a note or contacting your carrier with the tracking number is the most efficient way to check which will allow them to see where the package was scanned when it was delivered and retrieve the package for you if it was mis-delivered.
