Shipping Fulfillment Expectations 

We offer same day shipping M-F on most orders placed before 12:00pm PST.
Exceptions include sales drops and occasions where there are exceptionally high volumes of orders over the weekend.  
We are not open on weekends or major holidays so fulfillment starts on the next business day unless it is a holiday that falls on a Monday and the mail service is not running.

We understand that there are times you need your order ASAP so we recommend upgrading your shipping option from the standard Ground Advantage shipping or free shipping that comes with orders over $99 to an expedited method. This helps avoid shipping delays that can occur with basic ground shipping methods and it also insures that your order will be processed faster for you.

Important Notice about combined shipping on multiple orders

Our website integrates real-time inventory from other retail channels into a single online system and there are large order volume shipping days as well as multiple employees fulfilling orders at the same time.
Because of this structure, order processing, inventory control, and shipping operations are highly complex.
In addition, handling individual requests after an order has been placed—such as requests to combine shipments—requires manual intervention outside our standard workflow, which significantly increases operational load and the risk of errors.
For these reasons, combined shipping is not always available for any orders, domestic or international.
All orders are processed and shipped on a per-order basis and cannot always be combined when placed separately.

FISHING RODS:  All rods ship via Ground using the most preferred method for the destination. If you would like a quicker shipping method please request a shipping quote. Oversize rods are subject to an additional charge but we will contact you prior to shipment if that is the case.  

Canadian customers: Our website is currently not set up to process international orders so please contact the store to inquire about product shipment and place your order by phone since these orders are processed manually.
