Dranckrazy Bushidan Rods

Bushidan! JDM designed rods on steroids!

Bushidan Is known as a Band Of Samurai Warriors. And in bassfishing it means a band of expert anglers using these specialized weapons to skillfully subdue a worthy opponent, the bass. Introducing 4 swords (Rods) to help you achieve your worthy mission.

Benizakura The Vibrant Red Demon Slayer Sword
The Benizakura is a premium big-water jerkbait rod engineered to maximize lure performance and fish retention.

Its responsive design quickly recovers slack line after each twitch, allowing the jerkbait to rotate freely and produce an irresistible flash. Combined with its specialized guide system, the Benizakura delivers exceptional casting accuracy, enabling anglers to place their lure precisely where it needs to be.

The rod features a progressive loading profile, beginning with a forgiving tip before transitioning into an accelerating taper through the final third of the blank. This design immediately transmits bites while maintaining continuous pressure during the fight.

The rod’s full-loading action keeps bass securely pinned, even when lightly hooked, while providing the fish-control power expected from a longer jerkbait rod.

Constructed from a Medium-Light composite and glass blend, the Benizakura also excels at Mid Strolling (mid-layer strolling) with larger soft plastics. As this technique continues to grow in popularity worldwide, few rods have been specifically designed to support it. Many anglers rely on spinning rods that are simply too stiff for the presentation.

The Benizakura fills that gap, delivering the ideal balance of sensitivity, loading, and long-distance casting performance for this increasingly important finesse technique.

Onikiri  The Demon Slayer Sword
The 8′ Onikiri Spybait’n Rod was designed to give big-water anglers a decisive advantage in line control, lure management, and fish-fighting performance. Built from the ground up with “spybaiting” as its primary purpose, the Onikiri incorporates innovative design features that redefine what a dedicated “spybait” rod can do. It takes spybaiting and other closely similar techniques to a whole other level.

Not only does it deliver exceptional casting distance, but its specialized guide system and guide placement are engineered for long, accurate presentations. Rated Medium-Light, it comfortably handles lures from 1/8 to 3/8 oz?and even larger when needed.

The blank was specifically designed to transmit the slightest lure movement or subtle contact, allowing anglers to better detect the rhythmic pulse of the moving spybait and identify even the lightest strike. This becomes especially valuable when a bass engulfs the bait and swims toward the angler.

Once hooked, nearly the entire rod engages in the fight, creating continuous pressure while the powerful lower section provides the leverage needed to control trophy-sized bass. Hook retention was a primary design objective, addressing one of the biggest shortcomings of traditional spybait rods. With the Onikiri, keeping bass securely pinned is no longer a concern.

As an added bonus, the rod’s unique characteristics also make it an outstanding big-water forward-facing sonar (scoping) rod or great lakes drop shot weapon. The art of silent capture has been refined and elevated with the Onikiri.

Zanko The Sword That Emits a Powerful Afterglow
The Zanko is a casting crankbait rod that captures the smooth, forgiving action of old-school cranking rods while incorporating modern materials and advanced engineering.

Dranckrazy’s proprietary in-house resin system locks in the precise deflection profile required for maximum performance. The result is a rod that excels at keeping fish hooked?even when they’re pinned by only a single hook point or lightly hooked outside the mouth.

Many modern crankbait rods lose fish because they cannot absorb sudden surges quickly enough. The Zanko’s softer yet faster-reacting action cushions and absorbs violent head shakes while maintaining constant pressure throughout the fight.

Built from premium materials and refined through extensive research and development focused on hook retention, the Zanko delivers outstanding casting performance and fish-fighting capability for serious crankbait anglers.

Its exceptional shock-absorbing characteristics also make it an outstanding choice for fishing larger jerkbaits.

Zanrai The Thunder Slayer Sword
The 8’1″ Zanrai is our dedicated big bait rod, created to answer the demand for a truly purpose-built swimbait weapon.

Unlike many oversized rods of the past that were adapted from saltwater blanks, the Zanrai was engineered specifically for big bass. While those other designs offered strength, they often sacrificed the flexion, loading characteristics, and fish-fighting ability required for freshwater applications.

The Zanrai excels with baits ranging from 5 to 22 ounces, providing the ideal balance of casting performance, hook-setting power, and fish control. Every aspect of the blank has been optimized for launching oversized swimbaits and battling the biggest bass with confidence.

Finally, a true big bait rod designed specifically for big bass and big bait missions.
