DUO has entered crankbait market with the tournament anglers needs in mind. The conviction to that aim begins with the expansion of the Realis M-Line. The M-Series platform in development gave way to additional innovation and technology. The M62 5A has been assigned to the M-series fleet, charged with shallow-water probing. The M62 5A may be one of the most expensive shallow-water cranks created. But its high-quality componentry provides durability, better performance for a better more refined execution.

The thin-cut lip, structurally reinforced, provides significantly more integrity to the fore-region of the lure. While its surface is perfectly flat and wide, the lip also is proficient in displacing a significant amount of water. The lip's edge is angled designed to grab more and aid with tight to radius deflection.

The slightly flats and tapered areas on the reinforced structure provide more flash and assist in less resistance to the body. The M62 has a very balanced-running action that has been perfected over years. Its distinct, yet proven wobble is a refreshing departure from the industry standard.

Many shallow-water cranks have a decent action but they are difficult to cast respectful distances. M62 5A has an advanced weight transfer system to ensure great wobble and accurate placement. The advanced ballast system possesses magnetized carriage that releases the casting bearing on to wide track that directs it to the rear of the lure. The ballast at the rear allows the tournament angler cast greater distances more accurately. Once M62 begins to be retrieved the magnet sucks the ballast into a specific position which frees the lure's action and keeps it balanced. Now an angler can crank in close quarters or stretch it out with long casts along flats without sacrifice.

CASTING PERFORMANCE

We have employed a fixed weight system to enhance the highly responsive cranking action. The weight distribution and aerodynamics of the body design has been carefully considered to give it the top of the class casting distance.

ACTION RESPONSE

We have loaded the lure with 3 conflicting factors, “strong water-pushing wobbling action”, “light reeling sensation” and “range keeping ability”. It has also been given sufficient buoyancy to produce the “sharpness” in its action, while responding to both slow to fast retrieval.

CAREFULLY SELECTED HOOKS

The hook size was one of the factors where Mr. Murata placed great emphasis . As we all know, he has traveled to the most exotic water systems and oceans to conquer various species. In order to successfully land monstrous bass and other exotic species, a one size bigger and thicker hook size was essential.
