The Spatula series has consistently delivered outstanding catches. This new Spatula now incorporates a high-density material, resulting in improved casting distance with lightweight rigs such as weightless rigs and light split shots, faster fall, and a stronger bite-inducing effect. While free-falling is certainly effective for enticing bites, twitching and short jerks allow the asymmetrical Spatula tail to grip the water more effectively than its silhouette suggests, appealing to bass with its prop action.
The ribs carved into the body grip the water, and the asymmetrical (upper/lower) paddle tail appeals to bass.
