Spool braking is managed using an exterior Demon Eye centrifugal brake system to provide precise management of overruns and backlashing while still delivering long accurate casts. Loaded with 10 double-shielded stainless steel ball bearings, including two free-spin super speed spool bearings to provide ultra-smooth performance and increased casting distance. Finely tuned for power fishing and the most aggressive anglers, the KastKing Speed Demon Elite Deadbolt Casting Reels are finished with a 25% larger aluminum handle for increased strength and hook setting power.

Adjustable Centrifugal Braking System

After initially setting the internal brake pins, users can then fine tune their brakes with the external Demon Eye control, giving anglers a wide range of 40 adjustments for the bait and conditions they are fishing.
