TLO is a clear appeal color that was used in the original Dog-X and Pop-X since around 2002. 
It is a beautiful color that appeared as a sister color of the previously introduced TLC, and its name is an abbreviation of "twilight orange". It is a rare color that is not widely distributed in the market because the items in the lineup were limited.
