The GP Sakura Illusion is a limited edition color that was included with the FX9 Prototype Kit, the first limited edition of the FX9, a revolutionary minnow with a variable resistance flap bill that was released in 2010.
The FX9 Prototype Kit also came in five other colors: GP Chartback, GP Phantom, Avocado Ayu, and Spawn Killer.
The GP Sakura Illusion, in particular, is a color specifically designed for catching big bass during early spring spawning, featuring a beautiful IL (Illusion) paint finish on the back and a soft glow from the GP (Guanium Phantom) holo on the sides.
This color was only produced once, making it a rare and valuable color among the Respect Colors to date.
