Ryugi Pierce Double Hooks

The flagship RYUGI double hook is a TC flagship metal hook inheriting the genes of the Pierce Treble series.

A shape that generates high strength. Highly durable material to maintain sharpness. All the know-how of lure hooks cultivated in the Pierce series has been poured into this. Furthermore, the situations in which double hooks are used were examined, and the results obtained were fed back into the design.

A wide gap, slightly inward-facing point, and smaller barb enhance hooking rate and penetration power.

Even with the same lure, double hooks are equipped with a size one size larger than treble hooks.

Applications

Finding a new use in Urchin style lures as well as taking the place of trebles on crankbaits and blade baits for a more snagless presentation.
The #8-6 are set with a slightly thinner shank, assuming use with small lures. They exhibit sufficient penetration power even with weak hooking power. #4-1 is intended for normal use and uses the same shank wire diameter as Pierce treble hooks to ensure strength. #1/0-2/0 are intended for use with large lures. The wire diameter is set not to be unnecessarily thick, exhibiting high penetration power. The opening angle of the two hooks is set to an exquisite level that prioritizes snagless effect without excessively reducing the hooking rate.
